TAG Heuer teamed up with Bamford Watch Department to reinterpret its iconic Monaco (Monaco series), presenting a contemporary classic with a trendy appearance and unique personality.
This is the brand’s first self-made collaboration watch, which is only available at Tiger Heuer physical stores and online stores in some countries.
Swiss watchmaker Tag Heuer has added a brand new watch to the iconic Monaco collection at Baselworld. The new watch features a sturdy carbon fiber case, an elegant all-black dial and a water-blue chronograph dial. This flagship series has never before adopted such a bold design, and is a heavyweight creative work in both watchmaking and racing. This interpretation is creative, original, and unique. TAG Heuer’s classic collection watch is rejuvenated, thanks to the brand and the Bamford Watch Department cooperation.
George Bamford, the CEO of BWD, needs no further explanation. He created a precedent for the customization of luxury watches, modernized and personalized modification of already unique watches, and gave his watches distinguishable qualities with his own ultra-modern and futuristic style.
This is not the first collaboration between TAG Heuer and Bamford Watch Department: this Swiss watchmaking brand has provided its customers and watch fans with the opportunity to customize exclusive watches in 2017. Continuing this trend of success, TAG Heuer once again invited George Banford to operate the new Monaco collection. The new model bears the Banford name logo.
Today, George Banford has left his mark on the legendary Tag Heuer Monaco collection. Unsurprisingly, this new work continues the iconic feature of the watch: a 39 mm square case with a crown on the left. But at the same time, the new case uses an ideal watchmaking material-lightweight and resistant carbon material. Bamford’s signature style is evident on the hour-marker chronograph dial and date window: the luminous coating is in the aqua blue of the Bamford Watch Department-a detail that gives this watch a true look Trendy and stylish look. The dial and caseback are engraved with ‘Monaco Bamford’ in honor of the collaboration. The delicate black crocodile leather strap complements the watch.
A contemporary classic with ultra-modernity and distinctive characteristics was born. The release of this model is also due to the industrial strength of TAG Heuer: the brand has created a special mold for the carbon case to match the size of the TAG Heuer Monaco series and meet the technical requirements of this special material.
As a result of the cooperation between the two parties, the TAG Heuer Monaco Bamford watch combines TAG Heuer’s pioneering watchmaking skills with the contemporary modern style of the Bamford Watch Department, demonstrating that TAG Heuer always adheres to the forward-looking spirit, culture and philosophy and is based in Switzerland Unremitting efforts at the forefront of watchmaking.
